Description
The game board takes the form of a massive bookshelf, haphazardly stacked with book blocks of various categories (colors). The top shelf of the bookcase continuously issues “shelving directives” (e.g., “Place all red books in Zone C”). Players swap adjacent blocks by sliding them to move the required books down to the designated “return cart” (target area) located at the bottom of the bookshelf. Each correctly shelved book is cleared from the board, triggering the appearance of a new directive. The core challenge lies in rapid sorting and strategic planning within a limited number of allowable swaps. The game features 145 meticulously designed levels; later stages introduce heavy “Encyclopedias” (which occupy two grid squares and cannot be swapped, only pushed) and misplaced “Rare Editions” (which must be prioritized and handled immediately). Delivered as an online title, the game simulates an authentic library management experience, balancing strategic depth with speed. Thanks to its wide variety of book types and dynamic directives, it offers exceptional replay value.
