Blockpulp exclusively offers virtual digital goods and in-game virtual items. Therefore, no physical shipping or tracking information is involved in any transaction.
Waiver of the 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: By purchasing virtual products on this site, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge and agree that once the delivery of the digital content has begun (i.e., the moment your purchase is successful and access, download, or usage rights are granted), you immediately lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as granted by EU consumer protection laws.
No Refund Statement: Due to the inherent nature of virtual digital goods, all sales are considered final.
