1. Delivery of Digital Content
Upon successful payment and processing of your order, the digital assets will be made available for immediate download or access via your account dashboard on www.blockpulp.com. As these products are classified as digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of the contract begins immediately upon your access or download of the content. By accessing the content, you acknowledge and agree that you expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal, including the 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period under the European Consumer Rights Directive. Once the digital delivery process has commenced, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
2. Limited License and Intellectual Property Rights
The digital assets, including but not limited to game code, software, visual imagery, pixel art, sound effects, and musical compositions (collectively, the “Licensed Content”), are the exclusive property of PUZZLE CATS INC.
By completing your purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the Licensed Content solely for your personal, non-commercial, and private entertainment purposes within the Blockpulp gaming environment.
You expressly acknowledge that:
You are purchasing a limited license to use the virtual items or assets, not acquiring any ownership, title, or interest in the underlying intellectual property.
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Licensed Content remain the sole property of PUZZLE CATS INC.
Any unauthorized extraction, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or use of the Licensed Content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.
3.Method of Delivery
To ensure the smooth delivery of your digital assets, we employ the following methods:
Account-Linked Access: All purchased digital assets will be directly linked to your Blockpulp account. Upon the completion of the payment process, these assets will be automatically synchronized to your personal account dashboard.
Instant Notification: Once your order has been successfully processed, the system will send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided during registration. You may access your digital assets directly by clicking the access link contained within the email or by logging into your account.
In-Platform Synchronization: For in-game assets, the items will be automatically synchronized to your active game session—which is connected to the Blockpulp platform—within a few minutes of purchase. Should you experience any delays, please log out of your account and log back in to trigger an update.
Technical Support: If you encounter any technical issues during the delivery process that prevent you from accessing your assets, please contact us via our official support email at retro@blockpulp.com. Please include your order number and registered account details in your message; our technical support team will assist you as soon as possible.
